An awesume nite of music for a $5 donation
Marquette – April 13, 2011 - The evening will be a night to remember featuring numerous bands and solo singers. I’ve heard these singers and musicians and their styles range from the Texas swing,to Texas Blues, to Chicago style, Simon & Garfunkel or Eva Cassidy or Stormy Monday. The music is going to be awesome and well worth 5 bucks. In between band setups, lovers of township projects will share their vision for the next few years for Marquette township. Attendees will hear about new roads, new parks, soccer fields, a proposed outdoor band shell, a community garden project and much more. Sunny101.9fm has sponsored the event and encourage to get a $5 donation ticket. The evening is casual. So come as you are from 6:30p to 9:30p. Refreshments courtesy the fire department. Tickets are available at Super One, Range Bank Wright Street, Hudson’s Classic grill and at Township offices.
